LLM Council
Decision & Strategy
The council is a decision review framework. You give it something important (a business brief, a page plan, an SEO audit) and 5 AI advisors with different thinking styles independently review it, then challenge each other, then a chairman synthesises a final verdict.
One AI model gives you one perspective. Five models with forced disagreement (peer review) surface blind spots that a single pass misses. The Contrarian caught the MHRA risk for Bio Peptides. The Outsider caught that NAD+ wasn't a peptide. These are things you'd only discover after launching and getting burned.
The 5 Advisors
1Contrarian— Hunt for fatal flaws
"What could go catastrophically wrong? What's everyone assuming that might be false?"
2First Principles— Question assumptions
"Strip away convention โ what's actually true here? Are we solving the right problem?"
3Expansionist— Find missed opportunities
"What's the bigger play? What adjacent opportunities are we missing?"
4Outsider— Fresh perspective, no domain expertise
"Does this make sense to someone with no context? Would a customer understand this?"
5Executor— Practical implementation
"Can we actually do this? What's the fastest path to results? What's the 3-step plan?"
How It Works
1Phase 1 โ Independent Analysis
All 5 advisors run in parallel as sub-agents. Each gives a verdict (APPROVE / APPROVE WITH CHANGES / REJECT) with max 200 words. They don't see each other's responses.
2Phase 2 โ Peer Review
Each advisor sees the other 4 anonymised responses. They say who they agree with most, who they disagree with, and whether their position changed. This is where blind spots get exposed.
3Phase 3 โ Chairman Synthesis
All 10 responses are read, votes counted, consensus and disagreements identified. Final verdict with specific recommended changes and a prioritised action plan.
